Send a return request

In the shop's navigation, click the profile icon or go to the refund policy or a returns page and request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue".
3. In your email account, open the email sent by our shop and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
4. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order for which you want to request the return.
6. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
8. Click "Send request".

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
