Clean your mat:
Mix a small drop of mild dish soap with plenty of water and gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth. Allow the mat to air dry flat or hang it over a shower rod in a cool, shaded place (avoid direct sunlight) before rolling the mat back up.
We do not recommend chemical cleaners or essential oil sprays, as these may damage the material.

Roll your mat with the alignment pattern facing outwards.
Natural skin oils can cause staining over time - avoid creams or oils before practice.
