Particularly useful in Yin and Pregnancy Yoga, this bolster is also super helpful for anyone dealing with injuries. The cushion can be placed under various body parts to provide robust support that promotes total relaxation and creates ease. Filled with buckwheat hulls, the cushion adapts perfectly to the body's shape. The buckwheat hulls move and shift but do not compress under pressure or lose volume.
This also makes the cushion firm enough to serve as a yoga block for some poses. The cover has a handle at the end of the cushion for easy transport and can be fully removed with a zipper.
