Especially useful in Yin and Pregnancy Yoga, this bolster is also super helpful for anyone dealing with injuries. The cushion can be placed under various parts of the body to provide robust support, promoting total relaxation and creating ease. Filled with buckwheat hulls, the cushion perfectly conforms to the body's shape. The buckwheat hulls move and shift but do not compress under pressure or lose volume.
This also makes the cushion firm enough to serve as a yoga block for some poses. The cover has a handle at the end of the cushion, making it easy to transport, and is fully removable with a zipper.
