Both the outer and inner covers can be hand-washed. To wash the inner cover, which contains the buckwheat, you must first empty its contents into a larger container. Hand wash cold and air dry only.

Myga Meditation Cushions are filled with buckwheat hulls to create a comfortable seat for meditation or Pranayama.
The shape of the cushion promotes excellent posture and helps align the spine so that energy can flow easily through the body. The cushion has a handle on the side, making it easy to transport.
The cushion is also firm enough to serve as a yoga block for some postures. The cotton cover is fully removable with a zipper, and the buckwheat hulls are sealed in a separate bag.
